How Our Human Factors Training Works

Human factors training process with The People Factor

Whether it's one off or a series of facilitated sessions, this is what you can expect from The People Factor, bespoke team training in the UK.


We start by understanding your team’s challenges, goals, and culture. We discuss your thoughts on where the challenges may lie, and through observation we identify the human factors that need attention—like communication breakdowns, leadership gaps, or stress triggers. We all want to see a Team performance improvement.


We design bespoke workshops, coaching sessions ( Leadership coaching steps for example), and training modules based on your team’s needs. Whether you’re in healthcare, aviation, emergency services, or corporate leadership, we adapt to your environment. 


In the training we discuss the pro's and con's of various approaches and how there is often more than one correct solution to a challenge. In the peer to peer discussion groups so much can be learnt and taken away for use after the session.


We deliver interactive, high-impact sessions that engage your team and build practical skills. Our facilitators use real-world scenarios, proven frameworks, and hands-on exercises to embed learning. All we need is to come with an open mind, and listen even when we don't fully agree.


Questions are encouraged, and by challenging what we think we know, the most amazing ideas are born. The sessions are designed to challenge the group members and bring them together in order to work as better team mates, and they will see that they can achieve so much by working together as 'One Team'. A solid workplace communication strategy would be a great outcome after the sessions conclude.


We track progress using performance metrics, feedback tools, and post-training reviews. You’ll see improvements in communication, decision-making, psychological safety, and overall team effectiveness. 


We offer follow-up coaching, refresher sessions,  psychological safety programmes  and culture audits to keep the momentum going. Our goal is long-term change—not just a one-off workshop!
